  • Take charge of essential administrative tasks, including managing shared files, processing invoices, and maintaining our systems and data.

What’s in it for you?

Excellent training and development opportunities, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Local Government Pension scheme
  • Flexible working and family friendly policies
  • Season ticket and bicycle loans
  • A range of staff discounts including local subsidised gym memberships
  • Supportive staff networks

What we’re looking for

You will be highly motivated and detail-oriented with a proven track record as an administrator in a fast-paced environment. You'll need excellent communication skills, a knack for staying organised under pressure, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. You will need:

  • Experience as an administrator within a complex organisation, handling diverse tasks with efficiency and precision.
  • A history of successfully managing and building relationships with customers or stakeholders within a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also have experience using financial and HR management systems, as well as a demonstrated ability to transfer and analyse data to produce reports.

If you're passionate about supporting people and want to contribute to a working environment where every individual's unique contribution is valued, we encourage you to apply. This is more than a job—it's a chance to help build a foundation for success and truly make a difference.
