As a Sr. Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in centralizing and executing company-wide banking transactions and reconciliations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in processing vendor, payroll, tax, and intercompany payments across multiple business units. You will oversee daily payment operations, support automation initiatives, and help establish scalable processes making a direct impact on FFP’s financial health and growth.

- Execute and monitor all outgoing payments including vendor, intercompany, payroll, and tax disbursements.
- Validate and reconcile payment requests from Accounts Payable, Payroll, and business units.
- Support Treasury in cash forecasting, working capital requirements, and optimizing DPO.
- Provide daily cash visibility by reconciling outgoing payments with Treasury’s cash position.
- Monitor and review expense reports and corporate card transactions during month-end close.
- Support process improvement and automation of AR/AP operations across business units.
- Standardize payment processes and develop procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Business Central 365, SAP, or Great Plains).
