Who You Are

As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in providing sales training for our plumbing team while managing day-to-day metrics. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders with expertise in home services, who thrive in a fast-growing, high performance environment.

 

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervise day-to-day sales activities across the plumbing department
  • Hire, train, and lead team members
  • Develop and promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance
  • Conduct team and individual performance reviews
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Conduct and participate in weekly sales training
  • Stay up to date on plumbing services, products, and processes
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their Plumbing systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long run
  • Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice.
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job.
  • Work closely with our trades managers, dispatchers, and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 2+ years in a management role
  • 2+ years in a sales related role
  • Proven experience with hitting and exceeding sales metrics
  • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
  • Assertive and confident personality
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Commitment to company values
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable & punctual attendance
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service Titan experience
  • Home Services experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Plumbing license

 

Compensation & Hours

 

  • Pay: Salary + Bonus, expected range $90,000 - $120,000 first year
  • Days: Monday - Friday
