Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Services (Retail / CPG / Manufacturing / Fintech Domain)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: TX, NY, NJ, MA, or Atlanta, GA (Remote with Travel)

Desired Profile

  • Experience: 8–15 years in IT Services sales.

  • Proven Hunter mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful business presentations.

  • Strong experience in selling IT Services and Solutions – including Data Management, Cloud Services, AI/ML, and GenAI – to clients in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Fintech domains.

  • Solid understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives, having successfully sold services in the Data/Digital Transformation space.

  • 4–5 years as a pure Hunter, with a track record of winning at least 4–5 new logos in the last 2 years.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored IT service solutions.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on trust, credibility, and value delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and opportunities are executed effectively.

  • Collect and analyze market and consumer data to identify buying trends and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and account notes.

  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.

  • Proactively resolve client issues and enhance processes to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring a superior buyer experience throughout the sales cycle.
