The Warehouse Picker role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of production and sales orders. Key responsibilities include:

• Select and fulfill production and sales orders efficiently and accurately, using advanced warehouse management systems to scan and track inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety regulations and operational protocols.
• Implement precise packaging and preparation procedures for shipments, meeting company standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and actively participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking quotas and deadlines, while identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or damages.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, maintaining open communication with supervisors regarding any deviations or concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and assist in training new team members on proper picking techniques and warehouse procedures.

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Picker position must possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent educational certification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation, with current certification preferred
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Windows applications; SAP experience is highly advantageous
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment
• Exemplary work ethic characterized by self-motivation, punctuality, versatility, and a consistently positive attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of performance
