SUMMARY: The Quality Control Administrator ensures that all woodshop products and subproducts meet established quality, safety, and compliance standards before they move to Final Assembly. The Quality Control Administrator works directly with Production Supervisors on the warehouse floor, Production Managers, and the Quality Control Manager to oversee inspection processes, maintain documentation, and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively. 

The Quality Control Administrator plays a key role in monitoring workmanship, materials, and processes to uphold company standards and client specifications. Therefore, the ideal candidate is meticulous, experienced in quality control and woodworking, and is skilled in precisely identifying inconsistencies, errors, or nonconformities against strict standards. They are organized and reliable, and able to collaborate with production teams to maintain quality, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced woodshop environment.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct inspections of in-process work for defects, accuracy, and compliance with specifications, before it is taken to its corresponding storage rack and/or Final Assembly floor.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection results, defects, rework, and approvals.
  • Transfer inspected parts to Final Assembly using Innergy ERP software.
  • Track and log recurring issues to support root-cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Managers to address quality issues in real time.
  • Work with Production Supervisors to halt or correct production runs when issues are identified.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure completed parts are stored correctly and matching in the Innergy ERP database.
  • Routinely use Innergy ERP to monitor inventory control and statuses on production orders.
  • Will stage prototypes for inspection by management and supervisors. 
  • Take photos of completed products, staged prototypes, and in-productions products as needed. 
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Innergy ERP system for the Woodshop floor. 
  • Serve as Quality Control main point-of-contact in the absence of the Quality Control Manager. 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in Innergy ERP (enterprise resource planning) system is strongly preferred. 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but is preferred. 
  • Computer skills required: Inventory Software experience; Microsoft Office Suite

WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Las Vegas, NV Warehouse.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
