What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as the Vice President, Funding and Liquidity Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Tradition Capital Bank’s financial strategies. This role is central to the company's balance sheet strategy and responsible for actively managing day-to-day liquidity and forecasting funding needs. Additionally, this role executes strategies across the bank's investment portfolio, wholesale funding, and deposit base. The position offers an opportunity to operate at the intersection of capital markets and community banking; it provides both tactical execution and strategic insight that directly influence the bank’s financial performance and risk profile.

You’ll have direct visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the bank’s funding and investment decisions. If you are motivated by both precision execution and big-picture strategy—and want your work to matter in a bank that values purpose, collaboration, integrity, and innovation—this position is for you.
