About The Role


The Sales Executive - Field Operations (Barranquilla) is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Colgate and a group of Customers/stores in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume and market share targets.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Field Operations:

  • Identify business opportunities to propose actions and increase sales (Sell-out)
  • Ensure Catman Strategies implementation defined by Catman Team
  • Responsible for the implementation of our activities in the Customers
  • Ensure the monitoring of compliance with sales activities, the launch of new products and customer service
  • Provides training to the logistics operators of each chain (Exhibition strategies, new products, exhausted, CP portfolio)
  • Promote and share best practices with the work team Guarantee information accuracy collected By Third Party
  • Support the solution of operational problems at managerial level.
  • Report relevant field activities in a timely manner Regularly visit POS to identify areas of improvement
  • Promote and share best practices at all levels of the company
  • Efficiently assist with execution plans for each Customer
  • Provide support to maintain an efficient call value by territory Ensure BPO compliance with the agency (Eficacia)
  • Establish contact with counterparts of Operations (Customers / agencies)

 

Required Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience completed (Or waiting for Diploma)
  • At least +1.5 year of experience in the commercial area (marketing, retail marketing, in store, sales field, CATMAN)
  • Google Suite Proficiency
  • Manage Excel/Sheets for handling large amounts of information.
  • Driving license & skills to drive in large highways
  • English Proficiency
