Job Qualification
Education Level : Btech in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Experience : 3+ years
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skill : Proficient in MS Office
Other Knowledge and Skills : Logical thinking and good Communication Skills
Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Involvement with CFT in APQP preparation & Execution.
▪ Implementation of KAIZEN & POKA YOKE & Process Change Management.
▪ Initial Process Qualification & Validation using DOE, SPC & MSA.
▪ Responsible for New Line Installation and Commissioning and handover of new Machine to production dept.
▪ On time execution of new projects from Sample build to Mass production
▪ Knowledge of 5S, Downtime reduction.
▪ Knowledge of TPM and its implementation
▪ Responsible for problem solving during development by using the tools & technique.
▪ Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D & Why-Why analysis.

- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, CAPA, 8D, and why-why analysis.
- Knowledge of machine process and tooling.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
