About Team:
The Clinical Costing Team is part of the “Enterprise Client Solutions” function and is responsible for developing the clinical, monitoring and resourcing strategy for all late-stage request for proposals from our clients. This team is responsible for ensuring that the budget solutions we provide to our clients are not only competitive but also operationally sound and feasible.
Apprenticeship Summary:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Attend training sessions to learn about the drug development process and how clinical research is planned, conducted, and reported.
Familiarize yourself with the various tools and processes that the clinical costing team utilizes to develop the budgets for clinical studies.
Support the team with special projects and analytics which get an opportunity to present to senior management for more informed decision making.
Engage and learn with the senior team members by shadowing them in their daily activities and learn the strategy behind the operations of clinical research to enhance your knowledge and skills into this exciting domain.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in life sciences, bio-medical, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, clinical research or equivalent.
Preferably certified in clinical research/ICH GCP
Informatics technology background with interest in clinical research are also welcome.
Has experience delivering projects in an academic setting.
Ability to collaborate and communicate well with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
Embraces diverse and innovative ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
Good analytical and informatics technology/ computing skills
