The overarching objective of this role is to conduct social engagement execution.
Job Description :
1. Stakeholder Analysis
Conduct thorough stakeholder mapping and analysis during Due Diligence (DD) to identify key influencers and community dynamics.
2. FPIC Facilitation
Lead and document FPIC processes for ANIP, SBE and SEMITAU villages, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
3. Encroachment Monitoring & Strategy
Monitor encroachment risks regularly; develop mitigation strategies within the scope of community engagement.
4. Stakeholder Engagement Updates
Deliver quarterly stakeholder engagement updates, including progress, risks, and next-step recommendations.
Job Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Forestry, Agronomy, Social Sciences).
Proven experience in social engagement, stakeholder mapping, and conflict resolution; experience with NGOs is an advantage.
Proficiency in social engagement tools, including FPIC, stakeholder analysis, and conflict resolution methodologies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate community.
A mindset of "doing well by doing good," demonstrating a commitment to environmental and social integrity.
