We are looking for a sharp, ambitious Executive Operations Associate to join our team. This is not a typical entry-level role. You will work directly with our CEO and leadership team, driving key projects, managing operations, and helping keep the company on track to achieve big goals.
This role is designed as a career accelerator, with a clear pathway into strategic leadership roles such as Strategic Operations Lead and eventually Chief of Staff.
What You’ll Do
Project Management – Map out initiatives, break them into actionable steps, and track progress using Asana. Examples: Lead rebranding projects, Organize annual Summit, Training initiatives.
Leadership Team Support – Ensure EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) processes run smoothly: updating Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, and keeping leaders accountable.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work across marketing, operations, finance, and sales to keep priorities aligned.
Vendor & External Partner Management – Interview, hire, and coordinate contractors or vendors for strategic projects.
Strategic Initiatives – Act as an extension of the CEO on high-priority projects.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
Excellent Computer Skills – Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Design Ability – Comfortable using Canva for presentations and materials.
Analytical Thinking – Ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
Ambition & Drive – Hungry to learn, grow, and move into leadership.
Confidentiality – Handles sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.
Problem Solving – Quick thinker, able to adapt and find solutions on the fly.
Communication – Clear, professional, and confident when working with executives, peers, and vendors.

This role is intentionally designed as a stepping stone into strategic leadership.
First 3–6 Months:
Learn our systems (Asana, EOS tools, Microsoft Suite, Canva).
Take ownership of strategic projects such as center rebranding, vendor management, or operational rollouts.
Build trust by delivering on time and with excellence.
6–18 Months:
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with increasing independence.
Begin representing leadership in select meetings and vendor relationships.
Streamline and improve processes to create more efficiency and accountability.
18+ Months:
Transition into a Strategic Operations Lead role.
Expand your scope to company-wide initiatives, driving alignment and execution.
Begin preparing for an eventual Chief of Staff role — acting as a true strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $42,000 – $62,000 (Depending on Experience)
