Where you come in:
- Develop and own the business case for international expansion, partnering closely with regional leaders to identify market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and commercial strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including R&D, Program Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial—to define and deliver region-specific product requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with regions on market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies for each region.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for international launches, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-market optimization.
- Champion a user-first mindset, advocating for features and experiences tailored to local needs, languages, and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to navigate local frameworks and ensure successful product approvals.
- Monitor performance and adoption in each region, leveraging analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of global trends in digital health, biosensor technology, and international market dynamics to inform product innovation.
What makes you successful:
- Proven experience in product management for international markets, preferably in digital health, medical devices, or consumer technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-region projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across cultures and time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep empathy for users in diverse regions and a passion for creating intuitive, empowering experiences.
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance constraints in multiple countries.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support product launches and stakeholder engagement.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:
