REQUIREMENTS:

1. Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by trade school or college level courses in the building trades and four years of experience in the maintenance and cleaning of buildings, including two years of supervisory responsibility for a program of building maintenance.

2. Three Professional Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months
