Primary responsibilities include coordinating and staging of all outbound material, building shipments systematically, collaborating with customer service and loading trucks per BOL. (LTL, Full Trucks).

Key Job Elements

• Utilize LN to create outbound loads and systematically ship material;
• Process outbound shipments to customers;
• Schedule transportation via phone, email, 3rd part websites;
• Ensure all material is loaded timely and correctly;
• Process small parcel shipments;
• Operate PIV as necessary;
• Execute to the hot outbound process;
• Frequent email monitoring for changes to daily priorities;
• Ensure all packaging meets transportation compliance;
• Assists in other areas and duties as assigned by supervision;
• Participate in and support daily PIDs with area supervisor;
• Provide necessary support for daily metrics reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 6 mo. logistics/material handling or equivalent preferred;
• Must have previous forklift operation experience;
• Basic knowledge of PC for data entry;
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Environment and Physical Requirements:
• Climate controlled environment with minimal exposure to outdoor elements, concrete flooring;
• Must be able to team lift up to 55 lbs.;
• Must be able to push and pull up to 125 lbs.;
• Frequent bending and reaching is required.
