Basic Functions and Scope of Job: The purpose of the Installation supervisor is to supervise a team of Installation coordinators responsible for the installation of Modula equipment, tracks projects schedule, milestones, and timeline to ensure quality and meet delivery target.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assign and supervise multiple projects on weekly basis.
  • Hire and assign external vendors to perform the installations.
  • Enforce Installation standards.
  • Facilitate project solving and manage escalations.
  • Manage invoice validations.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice
  • Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
  • Responsible for identifying and recommending solutions for resolving work issues in the most efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner.
  • Manage nonconformities escalations and internal communication to resolve them.
  • Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
  • Communicate directly with Customer, Modula vendors, Modula dealers, and internal departments to deliver a customer-focused solution.
  • Track costs using work orders and invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

This role is pivotal in supporting customer service efforts. The individual in this position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in working with colleagues and clients. Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate will have relative experience, excellent communication and time management skills, and manufacturing aptitude.

  • Minimum of 3 years of planning, scheduling, and resource management in a technical or manufacturing field such as manufacturing equipment installations; experience in the VLM/ARS industries is a plus
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience using CRMs (Salesforce) and SAP is a plus 
  • Demonstrated people management and customer management skills.
  • Travel up to 25% is required to visit Modula offices and for occasional onsite visits 

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
