Yellowstone Club’s Member Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Photographer/Editor for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment months are November through April.
The purpose of the Photographer/Editor is to assist and lead with the development of quality photography materials, sessions and information. Video capabilities are a definite plus.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each Member and Guest receives outstanding service in a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and Guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and Guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members and Guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Essential Job Functions:

- Photograph all major Yellowstone Club events.
- Import, label, organize, crop and edit photos with a high attention to detail and precision using Lightroom/Photoshop.
- Organize and upload photos and video assets to Dropbox for Design & Photography staff.
- Organize and upload photos to the photography website for Members to purchase prints or digital assets.
- Providing superior customer service and ability to educate Members on our photography and print offerings.
- Coordinate Member photo sessions with the Design/Photography Manager.
- Execute private Member photoshoots maintaining professionalism, courtesy and privacy.
- Maintain a thorough day-to-day calendar that demonstrates effective time management.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide photography for Design materials.
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing the Photography Desk area.
- Executing the placement and shipment of photography orders.
- Assist in providing content for Yellowstone Club social media channels.
- Write and communicate with proper grammar and spelling to Membership and other departments.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat Members, Guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
- Maintain privacy of our Members at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and Guests at all times.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Experience/Education Required:
Photography portfolio. Video is a definite plus.
Bachelor’s degree in photography or professional work experience equivalent.
5 years’ experience in professional photography.
Proficient in Adobe Suite Programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Have a strong sense of design fundamentals: balance, composition, color, harmony.
Have a strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization and quality.
Able to ski/snowboard in the winter season with proficiency and ability to ski or ride black diamond runs.
Experience/Education Preferred:
Experience in Photoshop, Lightroom and Dreamweaver.
Certificates & Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Skills:
Advanced computer skills.
Proficient in Adobe Suite Programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Language Ability:
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly, legibly and use proper grammar and spelling.
Math Ability:
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to communicate with a manager or get a manager to assist in problem solving.
