We are looking for a reliable and hard working Custodial Lot Manager to join our exciting team! We were recently voted a Great Place to Work by our entire Titan Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our office space and model homes clean by vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, removing debris and trash and other light cleaning tasks, putting together small furniture, moving items around and minor electrical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Building or putting together small furniture items
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Keeping model homes and office clean (light maintenance)
- Clean bathrooms, carpets, take out garbage.
- Minor electrical work
Requirements
- High School or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in Maintenance, Custodial, Janitorial is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
