New Construction Sales Administrator

Location: Louisville, KY | Onsite

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM | 1 Saturday per month, 9 AM–2 PM

Position Overview
The New Construction Sales Administrator supports the new construction sales team by coordinating customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves direct communication with builders, contractors, and homeowners, as well as back-office order management and administrative support for outside sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits.

  • Qualify leads, schedule showroom/home appointments, and assist with product selection.

  • Process credit applications, quotes, contracts, and takeoffs for new construction sales.

  • Convert quotes/contracts into sales and purchase orders, verify accuracy, and monitor acknowledgements.

  • Track manufacturer shipments, coordinate deliveries, and maintain production files.

  • Review invoices for accuracy and notify accounting for billing.

  • Assist with warranty and product service requests.

  • Support new construction sales events and marketing initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.

  • Standing while assisting customers in the showroom.

  • Occasional lifting/moving of products during deliveries.
