Role Summary
This is a five-day onsite role based in Pittsburgh, PA.
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join Wolfe’s Corporate FP&A team at an exciting moment in our Company’s growth. As Wolfe continues to scale, strategic financial planning and insight are more critical than ever.
In this individual contributor role, you’ll play a key role in driving enterprise-level planning, informing executive decisions, and supporting the next phase of expansion. You build advanced models, analyze performance trends, and partner closely with senior leaders to turn financial data into strategic action. This position reports into the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and analysis of annual business plan, ongoing forecasts and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models and KPIs that drive business planning, scenario modeling, and long-range strategy and modeling.
- Leverage AI and other technologies to continually improve and ensure efficiencies in large, multivariable economic models.
- Partner with business unit leader and functional leaders to provide insights and surface opportunities for performance improvement.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly management reports that offer actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Improve and enhance dashboards, financial analysis tools and predictive forecasting capabilities, including the ownership and use of Datarails throughout the enterprise.
- Lead or contribute to KPI definition processes and performance tracking for key business units.
- Independently design and execute financial analyses with large datasets and special projects that support Companywide strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data; support independent valuations, and other processes as needed.

- Development of Annual Business Plans: Working with business and functional leaders, complete the annual business plan commencing with the 2026 Business Plan, by December 1, 2025 driven by KPI targets and trends.
- Enterprise forecasting & strategic modeling: Continuously enhance economic and financial models through AI-driven analytics and large data sets, driving improved predictive accuracy and cycle times. Maintain a rolling 60-month enterprise valuation model integrating macro and microeconomic assumptions with forecast variance trending toward ≤ 3%.
- KPI & performance insight: Publish monthly performance management reporting on the fifth business day of each month, including insightful variance analysis within that reporting based on the variance to key assumptions and resulting flow-thru to cash flow. Ensure 100% of business units adopt standardized KPIs within Datarails dashboards, with ≥ 90% Executive Leadership Team utilization on a sustained basis.
- Strategic business partnering: Deliver actionable insights by identifying and quantifying the key economic drivers for each business unit. Provide post-mortem analyses on all material initiatives to strengthen accountability and future decision-making.
- Executive quality analysis and presentations: Translate complex financial and operational results into clear, concise, and data-driven materials for Board and Executive audiences, consistently achieving stakeholder feedback scores ≥ 90% for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with Datarails is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex financial models, large datasets and deliver strategic financial insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to deliver on short timeframes and commitment to meeting agreed upon goals and projects
- Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or tech environments preferred
