We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Crater Packer. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and will work in Pompano Beach, FL.

As Crater Packer of the Pompano Beach, FL team, you will be involved in building wood pallets and crates required for packaging Finished Goods Units.

General Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Measure and cut wood materials according to required dimensions.
• Assemble and construct wooden crates using various tools and equipment.
• Ensure the quality and strength of craters for safe transportation of goods.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition,

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in (operational/engineering/manufacturing/etc.) environment. Additionally, they will have acquired the following qualifications and experiences:

• Proven experience as a Wood Worker or similar role.
• Proficient in the use of Woodworking tools and equipment, such as a vertical circular saw, nail gun, hammer, jig saw and templates.
• Ability to use measuring tape and measure within 1/16th inch, as well as ability to interpret and work from a technical drawing or specification.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials.
