Job Summary

 

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in optimizing KEEN’s sales operations through reporting, process improvements, and strategic program execution. This role ensures that Sales leadership has the insights, tools, and scalable processes needed to drive growth across all business categories. By overseeing Power BI reporting, sales incentive programs, and cross-functional alignment, the Manager enables data-informed decision-making that strengthens sales performance and supports KEEN’s evolving best practices.

Essential Functions

Description

  • Leads the development of analysis, modeling, reporting and tools that inform decision making for category sales teams including preparing daily available to sell (ATS) and obsolete or near obsolete inventory reports.
  • Manages sales representative and account data, reporting, and systems integrity to ensure precise and timely monthly commissions and sales data processes and reporting are in place. Support internal and external partners with management of commissions across Outside and Utility divisions.
  • Oversees seasonal and special sales incentive programs from documentation, analysis, tracking and payouts.
  • Owns Wholesale Power BI Sales App, developing and maintaining reporting. Engineers recurring reports and dynamic dashboards, facilitating comprehension of current and past business trends and booking data by Sales and Leadership.
  • Educates Sales organization on Power BI reporting, tools, and key resources.
  • Analyzes existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement improvements of sales operations processes and tools.
  • Collaborates cross functionally to identify, develop, and support sell-in and sell-through opportunities.
  • Prepares and reconcile monthly reporting for sales leadership review including commission reporting, payouts by category, and payments versus performance.
  • Performs detailed trend analysis aligned to business budgets and targets upon request.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and development for analysts and specialists within Sales Operations to build team capability and ensure high performance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance Analytics, or related field required

Minimum Years of Experience: Six (6) years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field; Two (2) years of experience in a people leadership role preferred.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods industry a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations processes, including commissions, incentives, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, particularly Power BI; advanced Excel skillsrequired.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data governance practices.
  • Skilled in business process analysis, design, and improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience coaching and developing team members.

Base Salary:

$102,700 - $113,000

This range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
