In this opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Technical Support to collaborate with one of our US clients, which provides a virtual iMessage line directly in a business’s CRM, which they can use to message their leads and clients.
If you are fully fluent in English, proactive, communicate well, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong attention to detail, this role might be a great fit for you. Our jobs are fully remote, and you will be integrated directly into the client’s team, gaining valuable experience and forming meaningful connections.

The setup of new hardware
Maintenance of existing hardware
Incidence response when software or hardware problems arise
Mitigation of issues as prescribed by the client's documented processes
