Description

As a not-for-profit community institution, InTouch Credit Union operates branches across Texas, Nevada, and Michigan, proudly serving over 86,000 members in the United States and in more than 20 countries worldwide for over five decades. We are currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing and e-Commerce team.


Pay Range

  • Our ideal candidate will make $60,750 to $64,125 for this role.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred or commensurate professional experience.   

Experience

  • A minimum two (2) years' experience in a digital marketing or advertising, required.
  • Experience working with marketing databases, email, social media, video and/or display advertising campaigns. 

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4 preferred), Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred. 
  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport with intra- and inter-departmental colleagues and create a team environment.
  • Ability to write and/or execute queries and tasks which provide reporting or lists to internal or external stakeholders as part of given duties or as to back up fellow team members. 
  • Demonstrate participation in identifying target audiences and devising digital tactics that meet strategic sales goals by engaging, informing, and motivating audiences to obtain more products and services from the Credit Union.
  • Demonstrate driven results and proactive in balancing high volume, multiple high-priority projects and tasks concurrently, completing within prescribed deadlines. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
