We are searching for a talented Copy Center-Mail Processor
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift; 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Manager, Courier Services and Graphic Arts, sort, bundle, and provide the correct mail barcode for all outgoing US mail, and place into the correct mail bins for presort vendor. Sort and distribute all inter-department mail. Monitor all Southcoast Mail accounts. Assist Copy Center Technicians with laminating, stapling, collating, folding, padding, gluing, 3-hole punching, and other copy related assignments.Qualifications:
- Equal to completion of four years of high school or equivalent.
- One year experience required. Knowledge of SHG departments and key personnel preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
