Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and present appropriate solutions.

• Educate clients on available senior life insurance products and tailor recommendations to their unique circumstances.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.

• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (required).

• Proven sales experience in life insurance, preferably in the senior market.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to serve clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
