The Dixon Group is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Dallas, NC! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for core logistics operations, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory. You will regularly utilize scanners and our automated warehouse system to track products and must maintain a consistently clean, safe, and organized workspace. 📦 What You'll Do:  

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Receive and stock incoming products
• Replenish inventory and maintain product organization
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Adapt to changing daily tasks and warehouse needs

🎯 What We're Looking For:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or teamwork experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during your shift
• Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• Flexible and eager to take on new challenges
• Solid reading and basic math skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
