As a Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:
Meeting with stakeholders across divisions to discuss sales priorities and pipeline, customer perspectives, go-to-market plans, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Creating project proposals, marketing briefs, and content plans that distill key market information, messaging, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for creative teams and marketing operations.
Researching target customer audiences and creating ideal-customer-profiles for account-based marketing campaigns.
Identifying market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and customer engagement data.
Developing detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

You have developed, implemented, and managed integrated marketing campaigns for B2B audiences.
You have experience working with marketing agencies.
You excel at working cross-functionally and easily build relationships across cultural, organizational, and global boundaries.
You love solving problems systemically, even when the way forward is unclear.
You are a strong communicator who can synthesize complex information from multiple sources and are proficient in English and Spanish (Portuguese and French are preferred).
You have experience building reports and providing an analysis of marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or economics. Master’s degree preferred.

This position is located in our Madrid, Spain office which is located near the Ramon y Cajal train station and has great access to metro and bus transport.
