ABOUT WRAPAROUND

Wraparound is a family planning process that provides therapeutic support to youth and families in the community with the intention of enhancing natural resources and keeping youth in the least restrictive and most family-like setting, with the intention of reducing the need for institutional care. Services range up to 12 months and include regular Child and Family Team Meetings that support youth and families with identifying strengths, creating realistic goals, and developing a comprehensive step-by-step plan based on those goals.
