How You Will Help
- Partner with Sales Operations to identify and implement strategic process and system improvements, enhancing customer experience and sales efficiency.
- Lead the design and development of IT solutions for Sales restructuring initiatives, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration.
- Architect and drive the definition of complex business requirements, translating them into scalable M3 ERP configurations. Oversee comprehensive testing for robust end-to-end functionality.
- Champion the optimization and strategic integration of CRM and CPQ platforms, defining roadmaps and ensuring architectural alignment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and influence strategic decisions and ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals.
- Proactively engage stakeholders on all defined projects, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues.
- Manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors (e.g., Customer Portal, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, CPQ, EDI VANs, Esker) and ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the resolution of complex EDI and Esker issues across teams and external partners, minimizing disruption and ensuring timely resolution.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the sales landscape, embracing Lean/Kaizen principles to identify process enhancements.
- Serve as the primary IT participant in Sales/Customer Service Kaizen events, leveraging deep process and system understanding to identify improvements and design optimized solutions.
- Drive the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of EDI solutions to ensure a seamless data exchange.
- Lead complex problem-solving and root cause analysis for critical sales system issues, maximizing uptime and minimizing disruption.
- Develop and implement robust documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of new system implementations and data migration activities.
- Collaborates with ASC business units and third-party support teams.
- On-site support required in Romeoville and Oak Brook, IL.
- Occasional travel for implementations and initiatives.
- Evening and weekend work may be required.
- Involvement in the full software development lifecycle, including user testing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years progressive IT systems analysis experience, with 5+ years dedicated to ERP (preferably Infor M3) and Sales/Customer Service functions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and CPQ (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ) platforms and strategic integration.
- Proven experience leading EDI implementations, including trading partner setup and implementation.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives like organizational change and sales process re-engineering.
- Experience with M&A activities, particularly in system integration and data migration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to diagnose complex issues and implement robust solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the entire business analysis lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, deployment).
- Strong business acumen, translating technical concepts into business value and aligning IT solutions with strategic objectives.
- In-depth understanding of Lean/Kaizen principles and methodologies, with demonstrated experience leading or contributing to Kaizen events for sales/customer service improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, aligning diverse groups and driving consensus.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and oversee IT solution development/implementation.
- Exceptional coordination and program management skills for complex, cross-departmental projects.
