Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative and Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

  • Reach      out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote      products/services.
  • Qualify      sales leads and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Conduct      product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate      prices and terms to close sales.
  • Maintain      accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM      (Salesforce) system.
  • Achieve      sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Sales Support:

  • Assist      the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate      with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Provide      excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow      up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term      relationships.
  • Support      marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain      organized documentation of client communications and sales activities.


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Proven      experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
  • Excellent      communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong      organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency      in CRM (Salesforce) software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability      to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented      with a positive attitude.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s      degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience      in B2B Apparel sales and or Promotional Products Sales.
