Your Role

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor with a genuine interest in our brand and a real passion for sport and wellness to work in our SoHo Boutique. As an in-store Client Advisor you will act as a Brand Ambassador, building relationships with new and existing customers while delivering an excellent in-store experience to our customers. You will always put the customer first by delivering white-glove customer service and striving to exceed customers’ expectations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales performance goals for the Home segment. 

Your Impact

  • Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets
  • Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
  • Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
  • Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude) 
  • Keep the CRM system up to date
  • Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
  • Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere.
  • Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
  • Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
  • Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey.

About You

What You Bring: 

  • Proven experience in B2C or retail sales, preferably for luxury brand retail companies
  • Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
  • Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
  • Previous experience working with operational systems and CRM tools such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Interest in/knowledge of the architectural design space a plus
  • Entrepreneurial approach
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network
  • Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
  • Able to work in accordance to the boutique schedule. The boutique operates Monday - Sunday from 10am - 7pm.

  • Annual salary starting at $65,000 with opportunities for overtime, commensurate with experience
