Our programs in Gladstone are expanding, and we’re seeking passionate leaders to join our team of outstanding individuals. We have opportunities in Service Manager, Coordinator, and Assistant Coordinator roles, offering flexible work arrangements from part-time (30 hours per week) to full-time.

In these roles, you’ll:

✅ Lead and support a team of educators delivering exceptional OSHC programs

✅ Inspire and mentor staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture

✅ Deliver high-quality, engaging programs that make a difference in the lives of children aged 5–12

✅ Champion compliance, safety, and service excellence
