SATURDAY VETERINARIAN – ASCOT!
Ascot Veterinary Surgery is looking for a permanent Saturday Veterinarian to join our established clinic in the heart of Brisbane's leafy northside suburb of Ascot. This is a great opportunity for an experienced vet to secure some extra income.
We are a friendly, caring team that has been serving the Ascot community for over 25 years, priding ourselves on providing quality, compassionate care to our clients and patients. Our well-equipped clinic offers excellent workflow, and we have all the essential equipment including in-house pathology, digital radiology, and surgical facilities.
We believe our patients are more than just pets – they're family members, and we treat them with the same care and attention we'd give our own beloved companions.
About The Role
- Available to work 8am to 1pm
- Consulting shifts only but can manage the occasional urgent care
- Supported by our experienced nursing team
- We use modern practice management software, experience desirable but happy to train
- Casual or permanent position, this is not a locum position
About You
- BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in QLD
- A minimum of 4 + years' practical experience
- A warm, welcoming and friendly personality
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of the team
- Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills
- A desire to be part of a team who values, respects and cares for each other
