Legacy Treatment Services is a vibrant non-profit behavioral health organization that utilizes cutting-edge technology and Legacy operates the State-designated Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization program for Burlington County. The program provides crisis intervention to families with a child or youth exhibiting emotional or behavioral disturbances that threaten to disrupt their current living arrangements. Trained response workers diffuse crises at the site of the crisis for up to 72 hours. They work with the family to develop an individualized crisis plan and coordinate in-home follow-up intervention services for up to eight weeks.
Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Salary: $57000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure
Hours: Monday through Friday, on-call required
Responsibilities:- Responsible for training and scheduling employees
- Shadow employees on initial response on a quarterly basis
- Planning, developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program
- Maintain communication and relationship with community agencies
- Cover shifts as needed as well as on-call coverage
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served
- Assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs
- Provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group
- Meet CSOC and Agency deadlines for completion of work
- Participate in supervisor team meetings and staff meetings
- Complete company trainings including, learning the work completed by the Mobile Response Team and be able to dispatch independently
- Master’s Degree in Human Services and 2 years of experience required
- Crisis Intervention experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience with families and kids preferred
- Clinical License preferred
