Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic sales planning and execution to retain and expand customer relationships
- Client engagement: identifying business needs, preparing proposals/quotations, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service
- Promoting and selling products through BTL marketing activities (Agri Melas, exhibitions, canopy setups, farmer meets, training sessions)
- Execution of brand and product campaigns with a 360° approach
- Development of medium to long-term sales plans for dealers and key customers
- Responsible for brand communication and training initiatives
- Coordination with internal teams and reseller networks for sell-in/sell-out and material support
- Execution of trade marketing plans including profiling, promoter projects, and channel campaigns
- Liaison with government institutions for subsidy facilitation and institutional sales
- Extensive travel across assigned territory for market feedback and relationship building
- Monitoring receivables and ensuring timely collections from channel partners
