Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians? We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Operations Manager to join our dedicated team in Adelaide.
Reporting to the SA/WA State Manager, as Operations Manager, you will drive operational performance, implement business support initiatives, and contribute to strategic growth. Leading the Recruitment, Service Delivery and Rostering teams, you will ensure effective workforce deployment, successful shift fulfilment, and an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on, requiring strong leadership across people, processes, and performance to deliver results and build workforce capacity in line with business goals.
Job Description:- Lead and support the Recruitment, Service Delivery Lead and Rostering teams to build a responsive, high-performing workforce
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficient recruitment, rostering, resource allocation, and service delivery
- Monitor and apply financial and performance KPIs to drive productivity and identify areas for improvement
- Manage customer feedback and escalations in relation to service delivery, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards
- Review and improve systems and processes within your area of responsibility to support efficiency and growth
- Maintain a customer-focused rostering approach that minimises shift cancellations and supports workforce utilisation

Bring extensive experience across community care, recruitment, rostering, and service delivery, with a strong understanding of operational workflows in these sectors. Skilled in leading and developing teams, I combine excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. With advanced IT proficiency, including MS Office and workforce management systems, I am customer-focused, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and collaboratively to achieve targets and deadlines.
Essential Criteria
- A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited) less than 6 months old, stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.
