SVP, AI/ML Architecture en Bank OZK

Drives enterprise-wide transformation through strategic leadership and the adoption and integration of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) technologies. Architects and implements scalable, production-grade Gen AI foundational/large language models (LLM) and agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery of measurable business outcomes. Manages a multi-disciplinary team and fosters innovation across the enterprise.

1. Manages staff to include recruiting, assigning and delegating work, training, mentoring, and coaching. Conducts performance reviews and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. Enables and advocates the enterprise AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
3. Architects and deploys LLM-based and agentic AI systems at scale, leveraging technologies such as GPT-4/5, LLaMA, Mistral, and Gemini.
4. Oversees the development of distributed, cloud-native platforms to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Leads technical design and architecture reviews to uphold engineering standards and drive innovation.
6. Partners with executive leadership to define and communicate the AI transformation roadmap, delivering enterprise-scale initiatives with tangible ROI.
7. Ensures compliance, security, and responsible use of AI technologies across all deployed solutions.
8. Monitors emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and infrastructure to identify strategic opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of LLMs & GenAI such as: GPT-4/5, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini, vLLM.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Agentic systems such as: LangGraph, AutoGen, RAG, ADK, Camunda.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of MLOps & Deployment: Model training, fine-tuning, optimization, monitoring, and governance.
4. Proficient skill with vector databases such as: Milvus, Pincode.
5. Proficient skill in infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, microservices.
6. Proficient skill in programing: Python, Java, C#, SQL & NoSQL databases, distributed systems.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in various situations.

10. Ability to work with banking core software applications.
11. Ability to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions and report on measurable financial and operational impact.

14. Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
15.  Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and supervisory skills while prioritizing multiple responsibilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Engineering, or commensurate work experience, required. Master’s degree or Ph.D., preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI adoption, or quantitative modeling, required.
3. 3+ years’ management experience, including direct supervision of quantitative teams, required
