About the Department
Morning Position: 5AM-9AM OR 6AM-10AM
Freeport Center Location: Flexible schedule - 20 hours/week

Position Duties
- Performs various logistical and maintenance duties, including but not exclusively; sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, vacuuming and restroom maintenance
- Sets up for special events, moves tables, chairs, and equipment
- Occasionally performs emergency maintenance duties as needed
- Performs other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
· One year custodial experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Knowledge of basic custodial service techniques and procedures
· Working knowledge of chemical hazards related to harsh cleaning agents
· Working knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance
· Ability to perform heavy lifting and other duties requiring moderate physical strength
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently
· Must be prompt, dependable and show integrity in all aspects of the job
· Valid driver's license required
