Job Title: Platform Analyst – Carrier Onboarding & Operations

Role Overview:
As a Platform Analyst on the Carrier Onboarding & Operations team, you will manage carrier relationships for new product launches, product changes, and special projects. You’ll serve as the bridge between carrier clients, internal teams, and technology partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational execution. This role combines client management, business analysis, and project management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for carrier partners on onboarding, product changes, and operational projects.
- Analyze carrier and product requirements; translate them into clear documentation for setup, testing, and integration.
- Partner with internal technology and operations teams to deliver accurate, timely product implementations.
- Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities, ensuring successful delivery.
- Support operational workflows, including trade processing, reconciliations, and troubleshooting.
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, and workflow platforms to track progress and communicate updates.
- Provide testing support for new products, product changes and enhancements.
- Drive continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Background in financial services with direct annuity industry experience preferred.
- Business analyst or project management experience, with ability to manage initiatives from start to finish.
- Technical background with SQL Server knowledge and ability to learn new systems from scratch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent phone presence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects 100% in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with industry and workflow tools such as:
- Hexure FireLight
- iPipeline Affirm
- JIRA
- Monday.com
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of DTCC or ACORD standards.
- Prior experience working directly with carrier clients on platform integrations.

Physical Effort & Travel:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and corresponding through phone, video calls, or email. Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times. Travel as needed.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. On occasion the job will require going out in the field to visit clients. The work schedule for this position will be primarily Monday through Friday during typical business hours; however, based on the operational needs of this early-stage company, some work outside of typical business hours and during weekends will be required.
