Job Description-
Communications and Engagement Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and execute comprehensive CDGM and TMF communications plans
- Develop and manage news flow, including strategy, cadence, and content; ensure proper sequencing and cascade across audiences.
- Identify, enhance, and deploy new communication channels as appropriate to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure all communications comply with current Novartis branding standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date communications distribution lists.
- Partner with CDGM team members to plan and deliver communication forums (open houses, team meetings/town halls, stakeholder meetings), including scheduling, agenda and materials creation, facilitation, and meeting notes development and distribution.
- Provide communications and engagement consultation to CDGM leadership and teams for operational delivery and special initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate analysis of TMF Satisfaction Survey results and other feedback mechanisms; synthesize insights to inform communication strategy.
- Manage the review and approval workflow for all communication deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and timely release.
Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communications skills (English)
- Experience in TMF related communications within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong editorial, storytelling, and content sequencing skills across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to align communications with brand standards and governance.
- Able to facilitate virtual meetings with large numbers of attendees
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Strong SharePoint capabilities required, familiarity with survey tools and communication analytics preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,500.00 - $216,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
