Summary of Job:

We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Recruiter who is self-motivated and focused on achieving results. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and placing top residential HVAC talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. You’ll also step in to actively search for candidates when needed. Success in this role comes from staying goal-oriented, building strong connections with candidates, and clearly communicating both our company culture and specific job requirements. Commercial HVAC service experience is required. After initial training, the position will be split between time in the office and time from home. In addition, this recruiter will need to attend hiring events in the communities we serve.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years technician/mechanic experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades, required
  • Experience in high-volume labor sourcing a plus

Skill and Abilities:

  • Ability and willingness to be on the phone, performing job requisition intake inquiries and screening candidates for long periods of the day
  • Ability to create strong collaborative working relationships in a team environment
  • Ability to set priorities and meet multiple internal customer’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working effectively with all levels of management
