Hi, I’m Pedro Marzagao, Director - Digital Marketing. I lead the Digital Marketing team, which brings together all our specialists to share knowledge and elevate our practice. As an SEM Specialist, you'll be a core member of our digital marketing team, responsible for the hands-on execution of our paid search campaigns. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative thinker who can manage campaigns from start to finish. Your Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented SEM Specialist to manage paid search campaigns and drive performance. Your role is critical for ensuring our paid search efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with our overall business goals. You will be contributing to best practices and staying on the cutting edge of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copy and manage ad testing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, keywords, and creative to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics and present insights to the team weekly.
- Work with the Business Analyst to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Provide recommendations for new campaign opportunities and budget allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and other squad members to align SEM strategy with brand messaging and business goals.
- Actively participate in the Digital Marketing team to share knowledge and improve processes.
Qualifications Core Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Proficiency with web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with other digital channels (e.g., search engine optimization).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Technical & Culture Interview (60 min): Deep dive into technical expertise, problem-solving, adaptability, and data quality handling with the manager this position will report to, followed by a cultural fit discussion with two team members.
