This position is based in Tampa, FL, serving patients in Hillsborough County.

 

Your Role as an Account Executive:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Mobile Medical, promoting our mobile primary care and transitional care services within the community. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare partners, educate referral sources, and connect patients with our in-home care solutions. Your work will directly contribute to smoother patient transitions, increased access to care, and stronger community partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Mobile Primary & Transitional Care – Drive awareness and understanding of our mobile healthcare model among hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners.
  • Build Referral Relationships – Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community leaders to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Patient Advocacy – Champion the patient experience by ensuring safe, timely, and well-coordinated transitions from facility-based care to home.
  • Community Education & Outreach – Host presentations, events, and information sessions for residents, caregivers, and healthcare teams to highlight the benefits of Mobile Medical’s services.
  • Collaborate with Care Teams – Partner with clinical staff, business development leaders, and community healthcare providers to align efforts and ensure continuity of care.
  • Referral & Admission Coordination – Guide referrals from first contact through admission, ensuring a smooth onboarding process with proper documentation.
  • Executive Communication – Work closely with healthcare executives and community leadership to promote best practices, maintain service excellence, and grow market share.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Preferred: Clinical background and/or prior healthcare sales experience (Practice Manager, Assisted Living sales, Clinical Liaison, etc.).
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Required: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Required: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; attend sales meetings across Florida (Melbourne to Ft. Lauderdale).
  • Required: Exceptional customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Required: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
