Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Stockroom Associate to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies in support of production. This role ensures materials are organized, traceable, and available to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick components, subassemblies, and hardware as required per work order traveler
• Conduct ERP system transactions to add/remove parts from stockroom inventory
• Store and organize parts to ensure traceability to part/lot numbers and prevent damage
• Modify work orders based on production requirements, schedule, and component availability
• Maintain inventory accuracy for work-in-process and finished goods areas
• Perform transactions within VISUAL software system
• Conduct cycle counts as directed and assist with annual physical inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards
• Support assembly operations when needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing inventory control role

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in inventory and shop floor control databases (ERP systems)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
• Basic math skills to support daily inventory transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Demands

• Light to moderate physical exertion required
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regular standing, reaching, and movement throughout the facility
