What you will do:
Drive Impossible Cloud's growth across France, establishing our presence as a leading cloud storage provider.
Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achieving revenue targets.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring to the table:
Native French speaker with excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Proven track record in sales and business development within France in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors.
You have established relationships with key industry players in the region.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams, with a focus on (over-)achieving results. You lead by example.
Strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and bias for action.
