INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS:
As an intern at Foremost, you’ll work on strategic, real-world projects that may include:
- Develop Site-Specific SOPs: Create clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work guides for job-specific tasks across the facility, ensuring alignment with operational and safety standards.
- Capture Employee Best Practices: Interview experienced employees to document key workflows, tips, and on-the-job insights that are essential for successful task execution.
- Support Knowledge Retention Efforts: Establish a system or framework for capturing and organizing operational knowledge, helping preserve expertise as part of a long-term training strategy.
- Prepare for Alchemy Coach Implementation: Help lay the groundwork for the successful adoption of the Alchemy Coach training platform by providing foundational documentation and SOPs needed for effective training delivery.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in current documentation, recommend improvements, and assist in creating consistent formatting and naming conventions for SOPs and work instructions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications and highly organized
- Willingness to adjust work schedule to accommodate knowledge capture across all shifts
- Must be available to work from May 27, 2026, through early to mid-August
