OVERVIEW

The integrated producer is responsible for managing both internal and external small to mid/large-scale print, radio and video productions from kick-off through delivery of assets. You are a creative problem solver, detail-oriented and an incredible communicator who can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You are curious. RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS 

Integrated Production

• Develop a network of preferred partners (photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, etc) for a variety of productions (stills/print, radio, video/broadcast, animation, etc.) to elevate the creative.
• Lead production + communications with agency team members and vendor partners throughout the full life cycle of productions from kick-off through delivery of assets ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and workstreams.
• Review bids, approve estimates and process invoices for projects with a large range of budgets, scopes and timelines in partnership with project management bringing a strong understanding of deliverables and assumptions.
• Work with vendors to source premium items.

 Art Buying/Business Affairs

• Collaborate across departments to identify needs and manage assets for integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of licensing requirements for a broad range of projects; NDA, permits, talent releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
• Manage final materials and usage in Curious Plot’s Digital Asset Management tool. 
• Monitor, update and communicate usage rights with agency team, clients, and vendors. 
• Partner with Resource Director on contracts and support vendor set up in Workamajig.

 Capture Studio (Internal Studio) Responsibilities: 

• Identify crew as needed for content productions: photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, etc.
• Drive content production: Project estimating, scheduling, team communication, vendor management. 
• Manage Capture calendar: Internal communication on space and availability.
• Support Art Director’s/Creative Team on prop / asset acquisition.

 Print Production

• Manage print production process in collaboration with Art Directors, Production Artists and external vendors partners in the creation of print projects of all types.
• Develop a network of preferred print vendor partners. 
• Attend press checks with creative team (does not include trafficking of media materials)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• Minimum seven+ years of proven experience.
• Digital video/broadcast + Stills/Print production experience required.
• Agency experience required.

Curious Plot The pay range is $90,000 - $120,000

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
