We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Senior Project Administrator.
The Senior Project Administrator is responsible for managing and preparing highly sensitive project documentation, including AFP audit packages for submission to Federal and State agencies. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a high level of integrity, confidentiality and demonstrated experience within our professional discipline. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, an understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review, and compile AFP audit packages for Federal and State agencies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency standards.
- Manage and safeguard highly sensitive materials and information in accordance with confidentiality and security protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Track audit deadlines, submissions, and agency responses, maintaining thorough and organized records.
- Develop, implement, and refine administrative processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in project documentation.
- Provide Regional Director senior-level administrative support across projects, including reporting, correspondence, and file management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for audit-related inquiries and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
