Title: Surgical Technician 
Location: Apple Valley, CA
Job type: Full Time or Per Diem

Required Qualifications:
-- Coursework/Training: Graduate from Surgical Tech Program with 2 years experience as an Surgical Tech. And
-- Coursework/Training: Complete competencies for all General Service Line and 50% of Advance Service Lines.    And
-- Coursework/Training: Environmental Orientation within 30 days of hire.
-- Coursework/Training: Unit Specific competency within 90 days of hire.    
-- National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire.
-- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
-- Experience needed for various position levels:
-- Surgical Tech: 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
-- Senior Surgical Tech: 3 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
-- Lead Surgical Tech: 5 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
